Our orders were placed at ~8:45 A.M. EST 4/17 and the status page changed to reflect the shipment, complete with tracking number at ~11:00 A.M. 4/18. The packages were delivered, UPS Ground, at ~4:30 P.M. EST on 4/19. We also received the cancellation e-mail, after our packages shipped. Click on the thumbs for larger images ...
